About us
SpotLight's mission is to provide inclusive theatre and performance based experiences for adults with unique needs excited to engage in opportunities designed to celebrate them. Founders Molly Feider and Gina Grosso are thrilled to bring their professional knowledge as Speech Language Pathologists, as well as their passion for performance to the South Sound community.

Molly Feider
FOUNDER
Molly Feider holds a B.A. in Spanish and Global Studies with a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. As a school-based Speech Language Pathologist, she works for the Fife Public Schools as an elementary SLP as well as the district Assistive Technology lead. She has extensive experience working in the schools, non-profit, outpatient, and hospital settings with individuals of all ages in developing their communication, self-advocacy, and functional life skills. Molly's creative endeavors include improv comedy, theater, puppetry, dance, and singing. She is a founding member of Grit City Improv and an active contributor to the Lakewood Playhouse Conservatory Of Performing Arts community. Molly is dedicated to exploring, learning, and creating joyful spaces for individuals of all abilities to have fun and engage with the arts. -

Gina Grosso
FOUNDER
Gina Grosso holds a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. As a school-based Speech Language Pathologist, she works for the Auburn School District in the Transition Assistance Program which supports 18-22 year old young adult students with developmental disabilities with functional life skills. Gina's artistic pursuits include dramaturgy, acting, and playwriting. She also is a founding member of Grit City Improv, as well as staff at Go Before You're Ready Improv where she helps support and teach new improv students in Tacoma. Gina strives to bring her passion for authentic storytelling, personal agency, and inclusivity across all settings. Gina is thrilled to contribute her voice and creativity to the vibrant Puget Sound arts community.
